The dispute over actor Sivaji Ganesan's property within the family intensifies. His daughters have now filed a case stating that there has been a huge violation in the division of the property. The complainants are Shanti Narayanaswamy and Rajvi Govindarajan. Both have filed a case against famous actor and brother Prabhu and producer Ram Kumar Ganesh. The complaint is that the brothers have taken over the entire property in the name of their father.
Sivaji Ganesan has four children. Sivaji Productions named after him is run by Prabhu and his elder son Ram Kumar. However, after their father's demise, Shanti and Rajvi initially had no problem with the brothers managing the estate and other assets. However, later they approached the court when they got information that both of the brothers had sold some properties without their permission.
The sisters have also alleged that Prabhu recently transferred Shanti Theatres worth Rs 82 crore in the name of his own children. It is estimated that Ganesan's properties worth Rs 270 crores.
