Man reaches kidnapper's house after learning about wife's abduction, police arrests both

PATNA: After learning about wife's abduction, a young man rescued his wife from kidnapper's house. The incident took place in Matokhar village in Sadar block of Sheikhpura district of Bihar. Vikash Kumar abducted Raju's wife on July 16 in Hussainabad, Sheikhpura. Raju went in search of his wife with pistol and bullets to save her. His wife was kidnapped by Vikash Kumar when he was not at home.

He reached Vikash Kumar's house and made a commotion by pointing guns, seeing the ruckus, the villagers informed the police. The police reached the spot and arrested Raju and Vikas. Vikas was booked for abducting the woman and Raju was booked under the Arms Act. The woman was sent back home. The police said that a pistol and seven bullets were seized from the youth.
