BENGALURU: With the number of Covid cases increasing day by day, the government of Karnataka has decided to impose strict restrictions on those coming to the state from Kerala. Apart from those coming to Karnataka, those people from the state returning from Kerala have also been asked to produce the RT-PCR negative results which are not older than 72 hours at the time of arrival.

Strict checking has been launched at the borders for this. More police will be deployed in the coming days for this. Schools and colleges have reopened in the state as the second wave of Covid weakened. The government has also given special vaccines to all teachers who need to go to school.
