Conspiracy to attack actress took place at a hotel in Aluva, one Siddique attended; many know the truth, says Pulsar Suni’s mother

KOCHI: Shobana, mother of Pulsar Suni, the main accused in the actress attack case, said all that director Balachandra Kumar revealed is true. She said that her son had told her that there were many who knew the truth.

The conspiracy to attack the actress took place at a hotel in Aluva. One Siddique attended the meeting. It is not sure whether it is actor Siddique who attended it, Pulsar Suni's mother told a private channel.

Meantime, the high court will consider today the anticipatory bail plea of Dileep in the case of hatching conspiracy to endanger the investigating officers. Apart from Dileep, his brother Anoop, sister's husband Suraj and friend Sarath have also filed the anticipatory bail pleas.

The accused including Dileep claimed that the investigating officers were settling personal grievances and that the case was fabricated. Section 302 has been charged against Dileep for murder. He has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder.

Dileep was earlier charged with conspiracy to threaten the investigating officers. Changes were made in the charges after recording the statements of Balachandra Kumar and the complainant, DySP Baiju Paulose. The investigating officers submitted the report in the court.
