'Dileep had not spoken a word to his first wife after mid-2016, I saw him smashing his old phone'; director Balachandra Kumar comes up with new revelation

KOCHI: Director Balachandra Kumar has said that the reasons given by actor Dileep for not producing his phone before the crime branch in the murder conspiracy case are false. He said he was an eyewitness to the destruction of the actor's old phones.

"Dileep said that his old phone contained conversations with his ex-wife and the things that he talked about with his lawyer. That's not true. As per my knowledge, the phone he was using was bought after his release from jail. I was an eyewitness to Dileep smashing and burning all the old phones," Balachandra Kumar said to a private channel.

"Dileep had not spoken a single word to his first wife after mid-2016. He will be forced to say more if the phone is produced before the court. All the allegations levelled against me will be proven wrong. Dileep is fearing this," Balachandra Kumar added.
