Youth hit by car for demanding repayment of borrowed money, car driven for about two kilometers with him on bonnet

PALAKKAD: A young man was hit by a car for asking back the money he lent. Mohammad Fazil, a native of Malappuram, was involved in the incident at Ottapalam this morning. Usman, a native of Chunangad, tried to endanger Mohammad Fazil by hitting him with a car for asking the money he borrowed. Usman drove for two kilometers with Fazil trapped in front of the car. CCTV footage of the incident has been released.

From the visuals, it is clear that a car is running with Fazil sitting on the bonnet. Following this, Usman has been taken into police custody. Usman had borrowed Rs 75,000 from Mohammad Fazil. Fazil repeatedly asked for it to be returned but was not given. Mohammad Fazil was hit by a car and driven near to the Ottapalam police station after he demanded money after stopping Usman on the road. Fazil was admitted to Ottapalam Taluk Hospital for treatment.
