Abduction bid on health worker returning after Covid duty

ALAPPUZHA: There was an attempt to kidnap a health worker in Alappuzha. The incident happened when she was returning home after Covid duty. It happened late last night near Panoor in Thrikkunnapuzha.

The attack was towards a nurse at Vandanam Medical College. Two on a bike tried to catch and abduct her. The accused escaped seeing a police patrol vehicle. The police have launched a search for them.
