Actress assault case: unable to find recording date of conversations submitted by Balachandra Kumar

KOCHI: The prosecution has clarified in the court that the date of recording of conversations by director Balachandra Kumar could not be found in the actress assault case. This was stated in a petition filed by prosecution seeking cancellation of Dileep's bail on the grounds of attempt to destroy evidence and conspiracy. The forensic examination result of Kumar's pendrive was submitted in court. The next hearing is on June 18.

The prosecution had argued that there was conclusive evidence that Dileep had tried to influence witnesses and destroy evidence. But Dileep's senior lawyer B Ramanpillai argued that all testimonies against Dileep are fake.
