Congress leader BRM Shafeer files complaint for fraud against office employee; police later registers case against leader on employee's complaint

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The police have registered a case against KPCC secretary and Congress leader BRM Shafeer on the complaint of a woman office employee. The employee of Shafeer's own lawyer's office filed a complaint alleging that he verbally abused and attacked her.

Shafeer had already lodged a complaint with the police, stating that the employee was taking legal fees from the parties without his knowledge and was taking documents from the office. After this, the employee filed a complaint against Shafeer. Nedumangad police registered a case against both of them. Shafeer was the Congress candidate from Varkala constituency in the last assembly elections.
