Former DGP K V Rajagopalan Nair dies, condoles CM

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Former DGP K V Rajagopalan Nair died here Sunday. He was an IPS officer of 1962 batch. He had served as DGP from April 30, 1995 to June 30, 1996. He had also served as vigilance and prison chiefs.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan condoled the death of Nair. His body will be kept at his residence till 3.30 pm today for the people to pay homage. He will be cremated at Thycaud Crematorium at 4 pm.
