Girl student falls off KSRTC bus after door opened unexpectedly, in critical condition

ALUVA: A girl was seriously injured after falling from a KSRTC bus at Periyar Junction on the Aluva-Perumbavoor route on Friday. Farha Fathima, a plus one student of SNHS in Okkal, is the injured.

On Friday morning, Farha boarded the KSRTC bus to go to school. The girl stood near the door of the bus as it was crowded. Unexpectedly, the door opened and the child fell on the road. The child suffered serious head injuries in the mishap and was immediately admitted to a nearby hospital. Later she was transferred to a private hospital in Kochi. The hospital authorities said that the condition of the child, who is in the intensive care unit, is critical.
