THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Fasts and superfast buses of Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) will sport a new colour. KSRTC came with the new decision after the passengers’ complained difficulty in identifying the two. As per the new change, the front will have bright yellow colour and a lighter shade of red on superfast buses.
The Swift bus will have orange stripes as it is named after the Swift company. The services of 131 buses in new colour will start service by March. In the second phase, 262 superfast buses from KIIFB fund will start service. With this, KSRTC has decided to convert 237 superfast buses of seven-year-old and 68 buses of eight-year-old into ordinary services.
