Like her mother, daughter commits suicide by jumping into well

THRIPUNITHURA: Following the death of her mother, a daughter committed suicide by jumping into a well. Jacob's wife Sheeba, 42, of Shankarathil Ivy Garden, committed suicide on Saturday evening.

Sheeba's mother Mary Kutty (71), wife of the late Joy, jumped into the same well on Friday and died. Sheeba was found lying in the well while her mother's post-mortem was being conducted at the Thripunithura Taluk Hospital. Sheeba was rushed to the Thripunithura Taluk Hospital by the fire brigade but had died by then.

Sheeba is a teacher in a private school in Kakkanad. Sheeba's children: Joyel and Johan.
