MUMBAI: The Mumbai police issued a look out notice against Binoy Kodiyeri accused of sexual abuse. The notice was issued at a time when the Mumbai Dindoshi court was all set to pronounce the verdict on the anticipatory bail plea of Binoy. The notice was issued to stop him from leaving the country.
Though the Mumbai police reached Kerala to take him into custody, they were not able to find him. Binoy went underground as soon as the Mumbai police registered a case against him on the complaint of the woman.
The complaint of sexual abuse was lodged against Binoy, son of CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, by a native of Bihar. The complaint alleged that Binoy sexually abused her in the pretext of marriage when she was working as a bar dancer in Mumbai.
