Lorry runs over man who fell on road after hit by car

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A man who fell on the road after hit by a car at Alanthara in Venjaramoodu was run over by a lorry. The dead has been identified as Krishna Kumar (43) of Soorapallam Agastheeswaram in Nagercoil. The accident happened Monday morning at 5 am near the Alanthara petrol pump. Krishna Kumar, a construction worker, was on his way to Pandalam from Tamil Nadu.

A car coming from Venjaramood hit Krishna Kumar when he was going back to his vehicle after drinking tea from a shop near the Alanthara petrol pump. A lorry ran over his head when he fell on the road after hit by the car. He died on the spot itself.
