THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Education Minister V Sivankutty has said that the final guidelines on school reopening will be issued next week. The government has no qualms about that. The decision to reopen schools was taken after scrutinizing the details. He also commented that criticism does not matter.

Sivankutty said that the government is of the view that no businessman should be intimidated. "The government has not come across any complaints regarding a businessman getting intimidated in Chavara. The government does not approve of Nokku kooli and will take legal action against it. The state government is trying to make Kerala an industry-friendly state. The government will hold discussions with the trade unions in this regard," the minister said.
