Several injured as bus falls from bridge in Tanur

TANUR: A bus fell off from the Malappuram-Tanur Devadar railway bridge, injuring several people. The condition of the five injured is reported to be serious. A private bus traveling from Tirur to Tanur is the bus involved in the accident. The injured have been admitted to hospital.

It is not clear how many passengers were on board the bus. According to eyewitnesses, the bus went out of control while giving way to another vehicle while speeding down from the Deodar railway overbridge.
