State Youth Commission Chairperson did illegal activity; Youth Congress lodges complaint with Governor

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Youth Congress has alleged that it was unethical for State Youth Commission Chairperson Chinta Jerome to be the manager of DYFI's southern regional march. Youth Congress has lodged a complaint with the Governor stating that what the commission chairperson did was an illegal activity.

In its complaint, the Youth Congress alleged that Chinta Jerome was challenging the justice system by holding the flag of the ruling party and leading the march. The Youth Congress, which demanded that Chinta Jerome should resign from the post of chairperson, added that the Chief Minister should make an effort to oust her. The regional marches of DYFI started on July 28th. Chinta Jerome is the manager of the southern regional march led by the state secretary.
