THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Actor and Rajya Sabha MP Suresh Gopi on Tuesday refused to respond to the media when he reached the polling booth in Thiruvananthapuram to cast his vote. Suresh Gopi, who is also the NDA candidate in Thrissur, casted his vote at NSS High School at Sasthamangalam in Thiruvananthapuram.

Suresh Gopi reached Thiruvananthapuram by around 1.30 pm. When the actor came out after casting his vote, media persons gathered around him and sought his response regarding various issues. However, the actor refused to reply to their repeated questions by saying that he had nothing to say. "I don't have anything to say. Whatever I say will become an issue," he told reporters. He remained silent despite questions from the media about the BJP's hopes of victory.
