Tharoor in CWC, A K Antony to continue, Chennithala expresses displeasure in making him permanent invitee

NEW DELHI: The working committee, the highest organizational platform in the congress, has been announced. Shashi Tharoor MP, Priyanka Gandhi, AICC general secretary K C Venugopal and Sachin Pilot have been included in the committee. Kodikunnil Suresh has been included as a special invitee. A K Antony has been retained. There are 39 people in the CWC.

Kanhaiya Kumar is a permanent invitee. Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge and Manmohan Singh will continue. Meantime, Ramesh Chennithala expressed his displeasure in making him a permanent invitee. He responded that he has been in the same post for nineteen years and the announcement was made without any discussion.
