Kids' favorite toy seller Minku Bappu arrested from Kochi

KOCHI: A North Indian man who used to sell toys near Ernakulam has been caught by Excise with brown sugar. Bareli native Vipin Kumar alias Minku Bhai was arrested after the police shadowed the activities of the senile man for more than one week. The 4.5 grams of brown sugar seized from Minku bhai can give devastating effects. Minku bhai who used to sell toys nearby school premises gets more than the required attention from youths including girl students. The police took notice of this and came in mufti to befriend the old man. After the arrest, Minku was led to his home where more packets of banned substances were stocked. A packet of brown sugar was sold at a price of Rs 1500. The man admitted to carting this banned substance from Uttar Pradesh.

Minku was amicable with a lot of kids near the school area. The arrest of 'Minku Bappu' has led to many strong emotions and disbelief among the school children.
