12 litres of illegal liquor found in secret chamber in bed, accused arrested

VANDIPERIYAR: The Excise Department has nabbed a person who sold illegal liquor in Thengakkal. The arrested person is Paramadas alias Paraman. The Vandiperiyar Excise found 12 litres of liquor from a secret chamber inside the bed in the house in which the accused lives.

The Excise team arrested the accused after conducting an investigation following a complaint that liquor was being sold widely in estate areas.
