CHENNAI: A Hindu outfit in Tamil Nadu protested against Valentine's Day celebrations. The organization protested claiming that Valentine's Day celebrations are not suitable for Indian culture. As part of this, the Hindu outfit performed mock marriage ceremonies between dogs at Sivaganga in Tamil Nadu. Pictures of the strange protests against Valentine's Day celebrations have gone viral on social media.


Hindu Munnani office-bearers protest on Valentine's Day in various ways every year. This is because the celebrations are against the culture of India. The other day, the Hindu Munnani office bearers announced the marriage of two dogs after making them wear clothes and garlands. The two dogs were released later. There was a proposal at the government level to hug cows on Valentine's Day, but the Center withdrew from the move due to controversy.
