Youth Congress Kasargod district secretary attacked; party alleges CPM behind it

KASARGOD: Youth Congress Kasaragod district secretary was attacked. Martin George was attacked at Erumakulam in Kooduthu at 10 pm last night.

He was attacked by a gang while he was returning from Kripesh-Sarath Lal smriti yatra organized by Kalliyott. Martin who was injured was admitted to a hospital in Mangalapuram. The Congress is alleging that the CPM is behind the attack. The police started an investigation into the incident and started a search for the assailants.
