After Mohanlal, Income Tax Department records statement of Fahadh Faasil

KOCHI: The Income Tax Department on Monday recorded the statement of Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil. The income tax authorities summoned Fahadh to their office to seek clarification on some financial dealings. Earlier, the Income Tax department had conducted an inspection at the production company in which Fahadh was involved.

Earlier, the Income Tax department had recorded the statement of actor Mohanlal in a similar manner. It was to clarify some financial matters from Mohanlal. IT sources said that officials sought clarification from Mohanlal on some financial matters. The officials also sought details of the actor's foreign assets and financial transactions.
