THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Governor Arif Mohammad Khan has taken yet another stern stance against Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. The governor said it is the chief minister's constitutional duty to explain administrative affairs to him and that he does not do it. The governor's response came before the meeting with ministers at Raj Bhavan.
"Further decisions will be taken after explanation of the minister. The oath is taken to fulfil constitutional and lawful duty. I will always be on the guard to make sure it is implemented. The Chief Minister himself gave the letter to be the chancellor. There are a few bills to be signed. Clarification should be bought to these bills. I will work as per the constitution", the governor said.
