Thief breaks into 15 shops in one night in Palakkad, police in search of accused

PALAKKAD: A thief broke into 15 shops in a night in Palakkad. The shops in Edathara, Anjaam Mile and Kizhakkanjerikavu were robbed. The thief entered by breaking the locks of more than ten shops. Rs 15,000 and two mobile phones were stolen from the shops in the robbery.

The owners came to know about this when they arrived in the store in morning. It has not been clear whether a man or a gang is behind this. The Mankkara police are investigating CCTV footage in the area.
