RAJAKUMARI: 'Arikomban', the aggressive rogue tusker has destroyed one more house in Valavukad in Thondimala's Choondal. The house is owned by Churulinathan. A part of the house was pulled down by the elephant at 12 midnight on Thursday. At the time of the incident, Churulinathan and his family were in Tamil Nadu so a major mishap was averted.

The tusker demolished a room built for workers next to the house. 30 kg of rice stored in sacks here was eaten by the elephant in addition to damaging a cardamom cleaning machine. The house is located in a secluded area in Choondal. Churulinathan and his family have been staying at home in Tamil Nadu for a few days due to the severe elephant trouble. After demolishing Churulinathan's house, Arikomban also damaged a farm nearby belonging to a person named Johnson. The animal then spent the entire night at Kurissadi in Choondal.
