KOCHI: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has sent a notice to chief minister's additional private secretary C M Raveendran again in the Life Mission bribery case. He is directed to appear for interrogation on March 7.
Although a notice was served to appear on February 27, Raveedran failed to appear for the interrogation citing official schedules. Raveendran may be forced to appear for questioning in the wake of the notice issued the second time. Otherwise, the ED can go to court and obtain a warrant.
Raveendran informed the ED that he would not be able to attend the interrogation as the assembly session was going on. When notices were given for questioning related to gold smuggling earlier, Raveendran failed to appear many times and had given explanations.
