Mother and children die; 3 people found dead in Kallada river

KOLLAM: Three people were found dead in Kallada river in Punalur. Ramya (30), a native of Piravanthur, and her children Saranya (5) and Sourav (3) died. The incident happened at 3 o'clock. Police have started an investigation. Locals first saw the bodies of the children near the Makkadav Rubber Park in Punalur near the Kallada river. Then the police were informed. The mother's body was also found during the search conducted by the fire brigade.
