'Serial kisser' forcibly kisses woman health worker, act caught on CCTV

PATNA: There are increasing incidents of an unidentified man sneaking around women to kiss them. Despite many complaints including to the police, the unidentified man is yet to be apprehended. Much like a serial killer, reports about this 'serial kisser' are flooding the local media.

A video of a perpetrator forcefully kissing a health worker near Sadar Hospital in Jamui district of Bihar was circulated on social media. The health worker was attacked on March 10. After the assault, the unidentified man can be seen fleeing the scene as the woman screams. Then the woman lodged a complaint with the police but the man is yet to be identified.
