Security staff treats injured patient in hospital in Thiruvananthapuram, see pics

NEDUMANGAD: A security staff provided treatment to an accident victim in district hospital. Ranjith Lal, a native of Nedumangad, who was injured in a bike accident, was treated by the security personnel. The serious lapse came to light through a video. In the video, the security staff can be seen applying band in the wound. After the video of the incident came out, there has been a lot of criticism against the hospital.

The hospital authorities gave an explanation that after giving expert treatment to the injured person, the security personnel just helped him. A few days ago, there was an incident where electricity charges were collected from a patient who brought a fan from home to the surgery ward where the fans were not working. They charged Rs 100 as rent for two days for using the table fan. This incident also became controversial.
