Male friend in custody after death of Malayalee woman in Mysuru under mysterious circumstances

CHERPU: A woman from Vallachira was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Mysuru. Sabina (30), daughter of Vallachira Karamukku Chembakassery Shaji, was found dead at her workplace in Mysore. Following the injuries found on Sabina's body, the Mysuru police took Shahas, her male friend from Karuvannur, into custody on the complaint of the relatives.

The relatives suspect that the death occurred during a quarrel with Shahas. The cause of death will be revealed only after receiving the post-mortem report. Sabina is an employee of a private mobile company in Mysore for a year. The family members said that although she does not call the family members daily, she contact them occasionally. The body was brought home after postmortem. The funeral will be held today. Mother: Rahana. Siblings: Shemir, Shamanab and Shanu.
