Hometown all set to bid adieu to Innocent, body brought to Irinjalakuda, thousands including CM pay tributes

IRINJALAKUDA: The hometown of actor Innocent is all set to bid adieu to actor and former MP Innocent. The body is kept in the Town Hall for the people to pay homage. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, his wife Kamala, Minister M B Rajesh, P K Sreemathi and many from the film and social fields paid homage.

The body will be taken to the actor’s house after 5 pm. The body will be in his house till 9.30 am tomorrow. The funeral will be held at the St Thomas Cathedral in Irinjalakuda at 10.30 am. He will be laid to rest behind his parents’ tomb.

The funeral was earlier decided to be held today. The decision was changed as the actor’s family wanted to keep the body home for more time. So, changed it to Tuesday. His new house was built a year ago.
