NEW DELHI: A tattoo etched into the back during one Manali trip gave the shrills to Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan. The batsman opened up about the incident recently. At the age of 15, Dhawan along with his family went to Manali for vacay. The trip was all good and then the cricketer did his trick to go loose for his family and reach a nearby tattoo store. With his pocket money, he got a tattoo of a scorpion on his back. For months, Dhawan covered the tattoo from his family and tried to act normal. However, he was caught late. Dhawan laughs when he says about the treatment he got from his father for his small tattoo endeavor.
Slowly scare about the needle used for tattoos came up. He went for a test for HIV and returned with a negative result to his relief. Time has passed and Dhawan now is a tattoo enthusiast. He recently got into the news for statements saying his marriage was the worst decision made. He even told the youths to think twice before getting married. Dhawan and his wife Ayesha Mukherjee are currently going through a divorce.
