THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: RS Sasikumar, the complainant in the relief fund misuse case, has stated that he will file a writ petition in the High Court. The petitioner is approaching the High Court after the petition against the Chief Minister and 18 ministers of the first Pinarayi government was left to the full bench of the Lokayukta for the final verdict.

Sasikumar said that there is ambiguity in the Lokayukta verdict. "There is ambiguity in the verdict. Therefore, I've decided to file a writ petition in the division bench of the High Court," he said.

Meanwhile, Sasikumar had earlier approached the High Court over the fact that the Lokayukta had not given a verdict in the petition filed against the Chief Minister and the Ministers despite the completion of the hearing on the petition.

Following this, Lokayukta gave the verdict yesterday. The complaint has been left to the full bench of the Lokayukta for final judgment in the case.

The three-judge bench will pass the verdict after hearing the arguments again. The date for this will also be announced later.
