aligarh-dog-attack

ALIGARH: On this Sunday morning, an elderly man was mauled by a pack of wild dogs inside the Aligarh Muslim University. The senile was roaming in the park when a few dogs approached him but stopped idle seeing the elder's reaction. The man tried to woo away the strays but lost his grip to only fall into the lawn. The ferocious dogs then clouded over him with more joining the team to taste the flesh.

Police after getting information reached the spot and studied the CCTV visuals. The man later succumbed to injuries in the hospital. As per local media reports, the deceased has been identified as 65-year-old Dr. Safdar Ali. Police received the information about a body lying in the park around 7:30 am.

The bog breeds attacking humans especially children have turned a routine in India. Earlier many titling in favor of the strays pointed to the negligence of parents for the dogs attacking small children. However, with this incident, they are left with no option but to shrink in silence.
