Parents kill daughters for meeting boys from another caste, incident in Patna

PATNA: In a gruesome yet unusual circumstance, parents killed their two daughters for liaison with two youngsters of another caste. Roshni Kumari (18) and Thanu Kumari(16) were killed by their mother Rinkudevi and father Naresh Baid. Rinkudevi has been arrested in the incident while Naresh is still on the run.

The parents previously warned the girls to not meet youngsters from other castes. The two boys were from the same village but the girls were not ready to give up love for their parents. The rendevous with the boys turned normal which forced the parents to consider the ghastly option. Rinku admitted to the police about suffocating her daughters using a pillow while they were deep in sleep.

The police reached the spot to find Rinkudevi sitting nearby her two dead daughters. Rinku said the murder was committed by Naresh but the police remain ambiguous since she was also the brain behind the move.
