Actress arrested for forcing models into prostitution in Mumbai

MUMBAI: A Bhojpuri actress named Suman Kumari (24) has been arrested by Mumbai police for forcing women models into prostitution. Suman Kumari is a member of a sex racket gang that includes high-profile people. Mumbai Police stated that the accused was caught after a secret operation by the Special Branch.

The actress was arrested after the police received a tip-off that a sex racket including high-profile people was operating at the Royal Palm Hotel in Aarey Colony area. The police sent a woman to the hotel under the false name of Suman Kumari to nab the actress. The actress demanded Rs 50,000 to Rs 80,000 to release the models. The actress was arrested by the police while the deal was going on.

Suman Kumari used to deliver the models to the needy. She mainly targets models who come to Mumbai to act in movies. She used to approach those who were suffering from financial problems without getting a chance to act and forced them into prostitution. Suman Kumari has been living in Mumbai for six months. She has acted in many films and participated in comedy shows. Suman Kumari is currently in police custody.
