India with unprecedented strategies to bring the neighboring country to its knees

military-

NEW DELHI: On May 5, 2020, there was a heavy clash between the soldiers of the two countries after China objected to the construction of a road on the Indian side along the Galwan River. The long-standing conflict in the area since then is still not fully resolved, but China has stepped up its efforts to threaten India not only through the land border but also through the sea ever since. China has pursued aggressive diplomacy towards its hostile neighbours. The Belt and Road Initiative, which also passes through Pakistan, was an attempt to increase deterrence against India.

Chief of Army Staff General Manoj Pandey clearly indicated this while giving a speech on 'China's rise and the global implications'. General Manoj Pandey exposed China's provocative stance in the Indo-Pacific area and its attempts to establish military bases in the region. He said that the People's Liberation Army's rapid development of its navy is part of such efforts. This provocative stance of China is a threat to various countries including India.

A string of pearls made by China

Like a string of pearls, China has established diplomatic relations with countries around India. China is constantly trying to provoke India by providing financial and military assistance to implement development activities and projects at ports in Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Myanmar. This attempt by China to show its military power in these places has raised concerns. China's policy is directly affecting the economic condition of these countries which are facing economic collapse. Apart from this, China's interference in cyber security is also a threat. The Chief of Army mentioned this also in his speech.

A tough defense against the Chinese threat

China is constantly creating threats in the maritime borders around India via development activities and projects and India is countering that threat in exactly the same way. India has also sought to improve military, economic and diplomatic relations with the same countries with which China is establishing relations, and to develop deeper and better relations with the countries of Southeast Asia and the Asia-Pacific region, which China constantly opposes. In this way, India has strongly countered the Chinese ulterior motives.
