Find solutions early, don't wait for tragedies; Human rights commission to authorities

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Human rights commission warned the authorities to not wait for tragedies to act. Commission chief justice Antony Dominic asked the authorities to stretch out a plan and to adopt more responsibility to stop any such future predicaments. The commission was reacting to a case about heavy vehicles constantly passing through a small bridge mostly built for light vehicles and walking for pedestrians near Vallakadavu.

According to the report, the district collector has directed the police on the premise to take action to stop heavy vehicles from passing through the small bridge.
