15-year-old boy tries to stab woman magistrate with knife hidden in underwear 

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: There are reports that a 15-year-old boy, a drug addict, tried to stab a woman magistrate with the knife hidden in his underwear. The incident happened when he was produced before the magistrate at night. The woman informed the police that her son is creating a ruckus at home and requested to shift him to the juvenile home.

Following that, the police reached the spot and produced the boy at the house of the principal magistrate in charge of the juvenile justice board. He tried to stab her when his mother was talking to her.

The boy injured himself when she stopped him. There are reports that the police, who were outside the chamber when the incident happened, rushed inside hearing a noise and subdued the child. Meantime, the city police responded that such an incident has not come to their notice.
