Congress eyes 2024 sweep in Kerala; will seek Prashant Kishore's help

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Congress in Kerala looks to upend prospects in Lok Sabha elections with better-connecting people through social engineering projects. Congress will seek service from the AICCs election team which weaved plans for the Karnataka elections. The team is led by Sunil Kanugolu, a master strategist who is in the team of Prasanth Kishore. AICC general secretary K C Venugopal assured about doing the necessary in the leader's meet held in Wayanad.

According to Highcommand, the leaders' meet held in Wayanad did the trick to bolster the camaraderie among the party members. The prime intention of the meeting was to heal the deep rift existing among the party members. K C Venugopal before the meeting asked the leaders to open up about differences in the meeting as he said the platform encouraged and entertained all contrarian statements with due respect.

The leadership asked the congress to conduct such meetings on a monthly basis to talk about prudent matters and help bring the same to public notice. Meanwhile, veterans Mulapally Ramachandran and V M Sudheeran are distancing away from the party. The meeting looks to glue all leaders together to fight for the resurgence of the grand old party in Kerala.

The leadership change in Congress after the defeat in the Kerala elections has created a chasm within many leaders. Before the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, congress looks to correct those wrongs to make a pounce back to power, as a third alternative led by BJP is thriving among Christian factions giving necessary scares for Congress top heads.
