NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is visiting Australia, invited Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese to India to attend this year's ICC Cricket World Cup and Diwali celebrations. The World Cup will be held in India in October-November. Diwali is celebrated on November 12.
Prime Minister Modi, who is on a three-day visit to Australia, said this at a joint press conference held after bilateral talks with Albanese in Sydney. '
