The children who entered the first standard are today's special children, said Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan after inaugurating the state level Praveshanolsavam at Govt VHSS in Malayinkeezhu Wednesday morning.

The chief minister said the change brought by the general education environment, including in the minds of children, and the joy and alertness is a part of it and it can be seen in the children and this is the specialty of Kerala.
