Employee found dead in front of village office in Kannur

KANNUR: An employee of the village office was found hanging. The incident happened at Payyavoor in Kannur. The dead has been identified as Rajendran (55) of Kunnathur.

Rajendran, an employee of Chuzhali village office, was found dead in front of the village office in Payyavoor last night. He used to visit the office in Payyavoor for tender work and other things. Rajendran used to consume liquor. It is suspected to be a suicide. However, the reason leading to this is not clear. The Payyavoor police have started an investigation into the incident.
