IAS officers reshuffled; Sarada Muraleedharan shifted to Planning and Economic Affairs

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: IAS head reshuffled including Local Self Government Department Additional Chief Secretary Sarada Muraleedharan. Sarada Muraleedharanhas been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary, Planning and Economic Affairs. She will also have the additional responsibility of Planning Board Member Secretary. Puneet Kumar, currently Additional Chief Secretary of Planning and Economic Affairs, will become the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms.

Finance Department Officer on Special Duty Muhammad Y Safirulla has been made Special Secretary of Local Self Government Department. Inspector General of Registration DR Meghashree is the new Director of the Scheduled Tribes Development Department. She also has the additional charge of Tribunal Resettlement and Development Mission (TRDM).

Mananthavadi Sub Collector R Srilakshmi has been appointed as Kerala GST Joint Commissioner. Devikulam Sub Collector Rahul Krishna Sharma is the new Housing Commissioner. He also holds the additional posts of Housing Board Secretary and Thiruvananthapuram Smart City Project Executive Officer.

Current Housing Commissioner Arjun Pandian will be the Chief Secretary's staff officer. Fort Kochi sub-collector P Vishnu Raj has been appointed deputy secretary of PWD department. Perinthalmanna Sub-Collector Sreedhanya Suresh is the new Inspector General of Registration. She will also hold the directorship of Samoohika Sannadhasena and Kerala Youth Leadership Academy.

Kozhikode Sub-Collector V Chelsasini will be the Secretary of Kochi Corporation. Ottapalam Sub Collector D Dharmalashree will be the Director of Ground Water Department.
