Forced to have sex during ayurveda massage in resort, complaints foreign woman

WAYANAD: A complaint has been filed against a resort employee for sexually abusing a foreign woman. The incident happened at a resort in Thirunelly, Wayanad. The police have registered a case on the complaint filed by the woman from Netherlands. The 25-year-old woman who came to visit Wayanad was sexually assaulted. The complaint said that she was forced to have sex during massage treatment and was sexually assaulted.

The woman reached the resort in Thirunelly through online booking in the first week of December. After returning to Netherlands, she sent a complaint to the ADGP through e-mail. The complaint was filed on June 14. The woman said that the delay in filing the complaint was because she did not know the procedures to file one in India. Various organizations have come forward alleging that no action has been taken even after a week of receiving the complaint.

However, the police informed that there is no lapse in the incident. The police informed that even though a case has been registered, they are not able to proceed with the case as information mentioned in the complaint is not complete.
