No liquor in Kerala tomorrow; bars, beverage outlets to remain closed

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The authorities informed that the state will observe dry day tomorrow in the wake of World Drug Day. Liquor outlets of the beverages corporation and private bars will remain closed in Kerala tomorrow. Consumerfed’s liquor outlets and premium liquor outlets will also remain closed.

The beverage outlets that close at 9 pm tonight will open only on Thursday morning at 9 am. The government has given a holiday to liquor shops in support of world drug day that falls tomorrow. The United Nations decided to observe June 26 as World Drug Day.
