Lorry found 10 meters deep, Metal parts found in four locations; Karwar MLA confirms night drone inspections

SHIRUR: Karwar MLA Satish Krishna Sail stated that Arjun's truck is ten meters deep from Gangavali. He said that the timber had come off the lorry and metal parts were found at four places. 'Drone inspection will be done at night too. If the current in the river is more than two knots, divers cannot descend. It has not been possible to confirm that there is human presence inside the lorry,' said the MLA.

Navy informed that it will be difficult to go down the river and carry out inspection in case of strong current in Gangavali. With this, the rescue operation on the 10th day to find Arjun was also in crisis. Meanwhile, the mission team has confirmed that the underwater truck belongs to Arjun. But the drone inspection has not yet confirmed which side of the truck's cabin.
